The various security agents assigned with the responsibility have been on the road with little or no success recorded all this while. Before the coming of the Community Security, the respite from gridlock would only last for two days after which the trucks would return to the roads but we have seen weeks now where the trucks have been given one lane. Kudos to these young men for being useful for the people by making themselves available and taking the pains to do the job as necessary. But when asked who pays the young men, it was discovered that they are not paid.
