To clear your goods from the port, you have to have your bill of lading, you will apply to the Valuation Unit for ex-factory price(for vehicles)

In applying for ex-factory price, you must ensure that all information pertaining to the model, age and all vital information are truly declared.

Once you get the value for Customs purpose, you then proceed to CAPTURE the declaration with a licensed clearing agency.

Thereafter, you make payments and once its confirmed electronically, examination will be conducted. The examination could be 100 percent physical examination.

After examination, if there are no discrepancies, the vehicle will be released.

The clearing agent will proceed to release from the shipping company, after paying applicable terminal and shipping charges and  it is exited from the port
