Recall that the management last year planned a five-year strategic plan to position the organization against the tide of economic crunch presently ravaging the country in order to stay afloat. Muyiwa Akande, the Manager, Corporate Affairs Division of the conglomerate, in a statement in Monday said that participants were provided with insights on their roles as staff of the organisation. The statement read, “We are pleased to inform you that the SIFAX Group management team recently embarked on a retreat. “The retreat provided all participants with insights on how the company will achieve its five-year strategic plan and their role as staff. It was attended by all managers in the Group. Akande stated further that resource persons drawn from Human Resources and Business Development genres, were on ground to give tutelage on the participants on the subject matter. “Various speakers including Mr. Soji Oyawoye, a renowned HR consultant and Lanre Olusola, Nigeria’s foremost business coach took participants through various sessions on strategy, sales & marketing and nutrition & health,” he said. © 2020, maritimemag.
