This was made known in a press statement by the organisation on Monday. According to the statement, Osho replaced Barrister Tunji Olusinde, who retired recently. The release explained that Ojeniyi would coordinate the affairs of the Group. The statemwnt read, “We are pleased to announce to you that the SIFAX Group management has appointed a new Group Executive Director, Corporate Services, Bode Ojeniyi who will coordinate the affairs of the Group and also a new Head of Legal/Company Secretary, Olujimi Osho who replaces Barrister Tunji Olusinde, who retired recently. © 2021, maritimemag.
