The post has been vacant since Ignatius Nweke was promoted to the position of a Director of Special duties at the Council before he eventually retired. Mrs Rakia Subaru, the ace broadcaster turned development banker has garnered experiences from Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) as well as Bank of Industry where she was a Principal Manager. Sources who confirmed this to our correspondent said she has resumed duty at the headquarters of the Council in Lagos. The source added that she had summoned maiden meeting with members of the PR department on Tuesday but the details of the meeting was not divulged. Before her appointment, the ace broadcaster turned development banker, was a Principal Manager with the Bank of Industry (BOI).
