HeadlinesKudos & KnocksKudos or Knocks Scientific thinking of MWUN By maritimemag December 5, 2021 ShareTweet 0 Kudos to the Maritime Workers’ Union of Nigeria (MWUN) for the recent conclusion of all its elections into the four branches without rancour This feat has made a big impression on this platform which has been following the activities of the union. Elections in the union have never been this peaceful and people were obviously happy. The ability of the present leadership to introduce the present peace being enjoyed in the union should be commended and encouraged. The four branches, Dock workers, Seamen, NPA and Shipping and seafarers branches have had their elections without fireworks. Who would have thought such could happen in MWUN at any time soon? Kudos to Prince Adewale Adeyanju-led MWUN for this scientific approach to Workers’ welfare negotiation and elections. How many ‘gbosas’ for Adeyanju? © 2021, maritimemag. All rights reserved.
