Towards this end, the agency has empanelled an implementation monitoring committee that will drive the reform. This is sequel to the submission of the report of the committee on the review of the ship registry penultimate week. While receiving the report from the chairman of the 9 – member committee headed by Engr. Emmanuel Ilori, Dakuku Peterside, the Director-General of NIMASA, has promised not to allow the report gather dust on his shelf but to give it utmost attention and implement the recommendations of the committee with dispatch.
