A report from the agency stated that the fire affected some of its offices along the Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport Road, Abuja. In a tweet post @nigimmigration by the NIS on Sunday, noted that the source of the fire incident is being investigated, as the agency hinted that the fire had been put out by its own Federal Fire Station with support from other agencies around the area. “A fire incident occurred in our Service Headquarters this Morning(yesterday). It affected some of our Offices. The fire has been put out by our Federal Fire Station and support from other agencies around the Airport. “The cause of the fire is being investigated.
