In a commendation letter signed by the President General MWUN, Com. Adewale Adeyanju, he described the construction of the new terminal as a giant stride which deserves commendation, stating that the new terminal will undoubtedly not only lessen the perennial traffic gridlock that has bedeviled the access roads to the nations seaports over the years, but added that it will also facilitate cargo clearance and as well scale down the demurrage being incurred on cargoes by agents. He pray that God grant more successes to future endeavour of the organization The multi -sector conglomerate, had said the company opened the new container terminal at the Port in a response to the difficulties experienced by business, importers and exporters,adding that the terminal will leverage on technology and innovations to deliver an unparalleled customer experience as well as cutting-edge inland container services. © 2020, maritimemag.
