HeadlinesNews Maintain National Security & Safety Regulations – Immigration Boss By maritimemag April 22, 2020 ShareTweet 0 Abiodun OBA The Comptroller-General, Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Mr. Muhammad Babandede, has urged officers and men of the NIS to avoid compromising national security and safety regulations during and after the covid-19 pandemic. Mr. Sunday James, the Public Relations Officer of NIS confirmed in a statement on Tuesday that the comptroller-general who tested negative twice has resumed duty Babandede expressed satisfaction with the level of compliance of officers and men of the NIS so far. James said; “During the break, he received briefs online and directed accordingly with respect to national assignments as the comptroller-general of immigration saddled with control of people’s entry and exit, enforcement of the Federal Government directives with respect to the restriction order on international travels through the airports, land borders and seaports. “All these were effectively directed online by him while on break,” he said.
