Late Comrade Francis Isaac, a former Vice President General under the leadership of Comrade Emmanuel Nted. The late unionist, Comrade Isaac died on the 15th January, 2019 He was also a former Treasurer, Dockworkers Branch of the union. This gesture no doubt will increase the confidence of other members on the leadership of the union.
