Some of the staff who sought anonymity with our correspondent said their joy knew no bounds. They said they lacked enough words to describe the large heart of the young MD who has been getting right as the head of the agency since she took the mantle of leadership. This is coming at a time when some agency heads would have been bereft of ideas on how to run the agency owing to the fact that revenue is not being generated at this time.
