Hameed Ibrahim Ali has decorated seven new senior officers, who are also management staff with their new ranks. The Seven officers who have been serving under acting capacities comprises of one Deputy Comptroller General and six Assistant Comptroller General of Customs. According to a brief statement by the National Public Relations Officer of the NCS Deputy Comptroller Joseph Attah their decorations follows “the confirmation of seven members of Nigeria Customs Service management who have been on acting capacity by the NCS board today, the Comptroller General of Customs, Col, Hameed Ibrahim Ali (Rtd) decorated the senior Officers with their new ranks. They are : DCG, Sanusi Umar.( Human Resource Development), ACG, Musa Jibrin ( FATS), ACG, Emmanuel Udo-aka ( SR&P), ACG, Abdullahi Babani ( T&T), ACG, Modupe Aremu ( E,FTZ&II), ACG, Chris Odibu ( Zone B) and ACG, Bashir Abubakar ( Secretary NCS BOARD).” “While congratulating them, the CGC charged them to bring their experiences to bear in the discharge of their new responsibilities.
