Members of the National Association of Air Freight Forwarders and Air Consolidators (NAFFAC) have been enjoined to adhere strictly to government directives on how to keep safe from the raging covid-19.
The President General of the group, Prince Bakare Adeyinka in a chat with our correspondent in Lagos on Tuesday said it had become necessary that members of the group put away whatever they have in their hands to protect their lives first.
He added that the virus is becoming menacing because of its rate of spread across the globe.
Recall, that the federal ministry of Health said that Nigeria had recorded forty two cases of victims across the country.
The FG further stated, that one death has been recorded from the pandemic as two persons have been discharged so far.
Advising his members, Prince Adeyinka said that members of his association should take all precautions and follow government directives on how to avoid contact with the virus.
He also quipped that the members should go out only when it becomes expedient.
His words, “I will advise all NAFFAC members to take all precautions and follow the government directive.
“Also for them to stay at home and only go out if it’s most important.
