Clap offering for Hadiza Bala Usman 

The rate at which the Managing Director of the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), Hadiza Bala Usman responds to issues is unprecedented.

Recollect that nigeriamaritime360.com once knocked her agency for neglecting one of the structures belonging to it at Bull Nose area of the port.

Months after the structure housing the Anti bomb police threatened to cascade on the officers, the MD has made the structures entirely new. 

The buildings which are nearing completion are cynosures of eyes of the people.

She did not stop there, the control tower that has been neglected for decades is wearing a different look too as renovation work is vigorously going on there.

Hadiza deserves some clap offering for her prompt response to issues that concern the Authority.

With the same speed, she should see to the perennial complaints by truckers about the extortion on the port access roads by security operatives including NPA security men.
