The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), who dropped this hint in its publication, `Shipping Position,’ a copy of which was made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos on Friday said no fewer than 10 of the expected 31 ships would sail in with petrol. NPA, in its bulletin further stated that the remaining 21 ships contained buckwheat, fertilizer, base oil, frozen fish, salt, empty containers, general cargo and containers laden with goods.
