300 stranded Nigerians evacuated  by Air Peace from Asian countries arrive Nigeria

The 300 stranded Nigerians evacuated by Air Peace has arrived the country over the weekend.

The airline firm announced this at weekend, saying they evacuated 300 Nigerians who were stranded in different Asian countries with two Boeing 777 aircraft.
The Chief Operating Officer, Air Peace, Mrs. Toyin Olajide also  noted the airline evacuated some Malaysian and Indian citizens to their different countries from Nigeria before bringing back the stranded Nigerians.
Recall the aircraft, with the registration numbers: 5N-BWI and 5N-BVE left the shores of Nigeria on July 10, 2020 to Malaysia and India with the citizens of both countries.
Olajide further disclosed that both flights returned safely to Abuja and Lagos respectively on   Saturday night with over 300 stranded Nigerians from Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia in one flight.
She added that the second flight brought in some stranded Nigerians in India and over 200 Indians working in Nigeria as well.
Olajide pointed out that the stranded Nigerians from Malaysia and Thailand, who had given up of being evacuated, lauded the airline operator for coming to their rescue at an affordable airfare.
They also said that no airline in the world outside that owned by Nigerians would have done what Air Peace did.
She explained that the passengers praised the airline and the Federal Government of Nigeria for their support in the evacuation process.
Olajide, however, applauded the Nigerian Government for all the support and assured that with such continued support, Air Peace, and indeed, other Nigerian carriers would be able to stand shoulder to shoulder with other notable carriers in the world.
