Knock on NAGAFF.

NAGAFF has gone comatose since the withdrawal of Chief  Boniface Aniebonam, its founder and mentor, from administration of the Association.

For those who know how vibrant the association used to be, they will know that things have gone awry and the association has become a shadow of its former self.

A member of the Association, a chieftain who saw this earlier on had raised alarm that the organization could go underground if the founder withdrew from day to day management of the association but instead of considering his fear, he was castigated.

The association which used to bubble with activities has suddenly gone under and as quiet as grave yard. A visit to the Headquarters in Apapa shows that the group is gradually losing its sparks and vibrancy.

Before now, it called the shots among other freight forwarding groups, in fact, it was a factor to fear but does it still command such status today?
However, the Headquarters of the Frontline freight forwarding association is presently wearing a new look as it has  recently  been given a face-lift.

The union’s foresight of securing the future of its members is commendable. The President General, Comrade Adewale Adeyanju said such moves are necessary to avoid future crisis for the union.

We advise other associations and unions in the country to take similar steps to be financially independent and cater for the welfare of its members.
